RETURN POLICY

30 Day Watch and Jewelry Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new timepiece or jewelry piece isn't exactly what you expected, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Eligibility & Condition


To ensure your return is accepted, items must be in original, "as-sold" condition:

  • Watches: Must be unworn with all protective plastics/stickers intact. We cannot accept returns on watches that have been sized (links removed) or have visible scratches/blemishes.

  • Jewelry: Must be unworn and in its original condition.

  • Packaging: All original boxes, warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity must be included.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Email Us: To initiate a return, please email us at Matthew@worrakwatchesshop.com with your order number.

  2. Receive Details: Once your return is authorized, we will email you back with the specific shipping details and instructions for your return package.

  3. Inspection: Upon receipt, our experts will inspect the item. Approved refunds (minus the 10% fee) are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship and accept returns within the United States.

  • 10% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Mandatory Insurance & Signature: For any items valued at $2,000 or more, the customer must ship via FedEx, purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the item, and select the Direct Signature Required option. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are Final Sale:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, all earring sales are final.

  • Custom/Engraved Pieces: Any items that have been custom-made, engraved, or altered specifically for you.
